• "Platform" — The 909bt website and all services connected to it.
• "Account" — Each member's own registered profile.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted as a promotional offer that is withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place bets of a specified amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), used for all time calculations on this platform.

To open an account and play games on 909bt, you must be at least 21 years old. By creating an account, you automatically confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and entirely at your own responsibility.
• The information you have provided is true, accurate, and complete.
• You have not previously been banned from 909bt for any reason.

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, 909bt reserves the right to permanently close all such accounts and forfeit their balances.

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username, password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 909bt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed through registered payment methods.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement is met.

All transactions on 909bt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions through third-party currency exchange or virtual currency are not accepted.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳17,000

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the original deposited amount.

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry and conditions — check the specific terms before accepting an offer.
• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming activity.
• Activating another bonus before the wagering requirement of a current bonus is met may result in the previous bonus being cancelled.
• A member may not use the same bonus more than once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 909bt reserves the right to cancel any bonus and investigate the account.

909bt offers slots, live casino, fishing games, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), and a variety of other entertainment gaming services. The outcome of all games is determined by a fair and random method (RNG — Random Number Generator).

Various markets are available in the sports betting section, such as match winner, total runs, over/under, and more. For example, in a hypothetical Bangladesh vs India match, either team can be selected in the "match winner" market. This platform does not confirm the fixed date or result of any real match.

• If a bet is disrupted due to a technical error, that bet will be cancelled and the amount refunded.
• If there is a dispute over a result, 909bt's decision will be considered final.
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the amount of the related bet will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating games through software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through two or more accounts.
• Match fixing or any form of dishonest activity.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassment of other members or inappropriate conduct.

909bt's loyalty program has 4 tiers. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tiers change based on regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform. Decisions on tier upgrades or downgrades are determined according to 909bt's own evaluation process. Cashback is generally processed every Monday (BST).

909bt collects, processes, and stores members' personal data solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying accounts, and meeting legal obligations. Details on how data is used can be found in our Privacy Policy.

909bt uses industry-standard SSL encryption technology to protect your financial and personal information. All transactions are conducted through encrypted connections.

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus balances with unfulfilled wagering requirements will not be withdrawable.

• Fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• In compliance with legal instructions or directives from a regulatory authority.

909bt makes efforts to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform, however temporary downtime may occur due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. 909bt is not liable for such temporary unavailability.

909bt may include content from various third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft. The providers' own policies and terms may apply.

909bt's liability will not extend beyond the total amount deposited in the relevant member's account under any circumstances. 909bt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

909bt reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified as early as possible of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your agreement to the updated terms.

These terms and any disputes related to them will be governed by the applicable laws and regulations in force. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion.
